Instant Playback
Videos play immediately when you or your patient clicks them. No waiting, no loading delays. Ideal for active cases you reference daily.
Flexible Access (3–5 hrs)
Videos are moved to lower-cost storage but stay warm. When you request playback, the video is retrieved and ready within 3–5 hours. Expedited retrieval (within minutes) is available for a fee.
Archived (12–48 hrs)
Videos in long-term archival storage for HIPAA compliance. Retrieval takes 12–48 hours. Best for records you rarely need to access but must retain.
HIPAA Compliance
All active plans retain patient video and clinical data for 7 years to satisfy HIPAA requirements. See our Terms of Service for options for retaining data after cancellation. What differs between tiers is how long videos stay in instant-access S3 Standard storage before being moved to medium or long-term archival classes. Encryption at rest and in-transit and audit logging are active on all plans.
* 7-year retention applies to all videos and clinical records across all plans, in compliance with HIPAA. Exact duration may be extended if state law requires longer retention. Data retention is provided so long as an organization's subscription is active. Please see our Terms of Service for details on data retention and the subscriber's responsibility if the subscription is terminated.
